Birth Name: Rick Joyner

Rick Joyner is Founder and Executive Director of MorningStar Ministries and Heritage International Ministries and is the Senior Pastor of MorningStar Fellowship Church. His ministry is based on Matthew 24:45–46 as well as a commitment to equip future leaders and work in relationship with current leaders to prepare and strengthen the church for the last days.

Joyner also directs MorningStar University, Comenius School for Creative Leadership, MorningStar Fellowship of Ministries, and MorningStar Fellowship of Churches. The MorningStar Fellowship of Churches has several branches in North Carolina: Charlotte, Wilkesboro, Wilmington, and Winston-Salem.

He has authored more than forty books, including, The Final Quest Trilogy, There Were Two Trees in the Garden, and A New America. He is Editor of The MorningStar Journal and The MorningStar Prophetic Bulletin.

In addition to publications, Joyner oversees MorningStarTV where subscribers can watch conferences, Sunday services, School of the Spirit services, and more. He hosts the show Prophetic Perspectives where he shares strategic prophetic insights for our time.

Joyner is also the President of The Oak Initiative, an interdenominational movement that is mobilizing thousands of Christians to be engaged in the great issues of our times, being the salt and light that they are called to be.
